Johannes C. Fure, CFP® President and Chief Investment Officer
Johannes is a 29-year veteran of the investment services industry and a pioneer in managing mutual fund portfolios on a fee basis, using asset allocation strategies.
Johannes grew up in Richfield, Minnesota. He attended the Defense Language Institute in Washington, DC in 1973 and worked as a military intelligence specialist for the Army Security Agency in Berlin from 1973 to 1975. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1978 with a BS in Business and Economics.
In 1979, Johannes began his investment career, helping people invest in real estate. Three years later, he joined a national financial planning service company as a financial planner. He started his own independent financial services firm in 1984. In 1985, he received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. He has actively pursued his education ever since, frequently participating in professional study programs and completing numerous advanced courses in the financial advisory field.
Johannes holds his FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 securities registrations as a Registered Representative, Investment Adviser Representative, and a Registered Securities Principal of Commonwealth Financial Network®, one of the nation's largest and most successful independent general securities broker/dealers. Johannes is also a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Johannes has two daughters; Greta, who recently graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and now works at Fure Financial; and Ingrid, who attends Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Johannes enjoys traveling, golf, and tennis.

Dale L. Acton, CLTC, CFP® Vice President
Dale has a passion for helping clients turn their financial dreams into reality. He is honored to play an important role on the Fure Financial team, It is wonderful to be at a financial firm where such a high value is placed on teamwork and indispensable service to clients.
He has the willingness to work hard for clients, counterbalanced by a low-key, practical approach with pragmatic advice. Dale's listening and consulting skills make him a great asset to our firm.
Prior to joining Fure Financial Corporation, Dale was a Financial Associate with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. He has also held marketing and management positions with several large insurance companies.
He is a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative with Commonwealth Financial Network® and holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, as well as a Minnesota Accident/Health and Life insurance license. Dale is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner and has earned the Certified Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation. He continues to pursue broad-based educational opportunities in the personal finance and retirement planning fields. In addition, Dale is a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Dale grew up in southern Minnesota and graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Away from work, Dale and his wife, Doris, enjoy spending weekends at their hobby farm in Iowa. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Kirsten and Alison. Dale also enjoys playing with his grandsons, entertaining his Welsh Corgi dogs, reading, woodworking, and being outdoors.

Grant A. Meyer, CFP® Financial Consulting Assistant and Information Technology Manager Grant is a member of the Fure Financial Planning Department and has received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. In addition to helping us meet our clients' financial planning needs, Grant also manages Fure Financial's technology. His goal is excellent client service through a more efficient office. Grant is also a member of the Financial Planning Association. Grant says, I am very proud of Fure Financial's accomplishments, yet every day we strive to surpass them. It's this kind of enthusiasm that makes us so successful at what we do. Grant grew up in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. He graduated from Totino-Grace High School, where he was a member of the soccer team. He graduated from Concordia University with a BBA in finance and minors in international business and Spanish. In his spare time, Grant enjoys technology, family, church, jogging, music, movies, and watching the Twins win. Back to top

Rachel O. Infante, CFP® Financial Consulting Assistant
Rachel is a member of the Financial Planning Department. She holds a Minnesota Accident/Health and Life insurance license, and has received her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Rachel is also a member of the Financial Planning Association.
There is nothing Rachel likes better than a happy client, but enjoying the Texas sun runs a close second.
When Rachel began assisting clients, she was stimulated by her job and work environment. I feel a lot of dedication and energy here at Fure Financial, along with the willingness to help each other and our clients. I think that's because at Fure Financial, we stress how important teamwork is to providing indispensible service to our clients.
Rachel grew up in Pflugerville, Texas, and was a member of her high school volleyball and track teams. She moved to Minnesota to finish her BBA in finance at Concordia University. Rachel and her husband Adrian live in Fridley with their husky Shylee and black lab Sadie.
Rachel spends much of her free time outdoors. She also enjoys visiting friends and family in Texas, picnicking, hiking, walking the dogs, and, most of all, traveling.Back to top

Karin A. Fure Investment Administration Department Manager
Karin makes sure the operational aspects of Fure Financial are cared for. She performs many duties, including maintaining and updating client transactions; managing the quarterly client reporting process; and recording, editing, posting, and reconciling the trade blotter in Fure Financial's portfolio management software. In addition, she helps facilitate trades while maintaining the investment purchase and sale log, as well as other logs. Karin is also actively involved in the Client Service department. With a smile in her voice, Karin always gives prompt attention to all of our clients' service needs. Throughout her career at Fure Financial, she has always gone above and beyond for our clients. When an operational question arises, Karin almost always has the answer. We appreciate her dedication to excellence and feel very fortunate to have her on the Fure Financial team. In her spare time, Karin likes spending time with friends and family, traveling, photography, and being on a sunny beach whenever possible. Victoria M. S. Williamson Financial Services AssistantVictoria supports the team effort of client care by supporting workflows within the office, updating client records, and working to streamline efficiencies through technology and monitoring of processes. Victoria grew up in Washington State, where her parents and grandparents were active in the apple industry. She received an associate of arts degree from the Fashion Institute of New York and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. In her spare time, Victoria is active in her church, enjoys camping and reading, is an avid knitter, and loves to sew. Victoria and her husband, Charlie, live in Bloomington and have been married 23 years. They have three children. Garrett and Clarissa are in college and Miranda is in high school. Back to top

Katherine S. Robbins Client Service Manager
Katie helps keep the inner-workings of Fure Financial running smoothly so total attention can be turned to serving clients. "Conscientious" and "dedicated" are just two of the words that come to mind when describing her. Katie's primary responsibilities are communicating with clients, managing compliance, overseeing office processes and assisting the client service team.
Katie loves interacting with and getting to know our clients. She believes in treating people with courtesy, consideration, and respect. As to why she enjoys working at Fure Financial: It is a close-knit firm, and everyone is willing to contribute to get things done for our clients. I am proud that 'bend over backwards' service is not obsolete at Fure Financial. Katie grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. She received her bachelor of arts degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University, and a paralegal certificate from Kaplan University. As a former certified nursing assistant and paralegal, her work experience has given her an extensive background in customer service. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and two cats. She also enjoys cooking, sewing, boating, traveling and cheering for the Chicago Bears.

Beatrice E. Fure Administrative Assistant Beatrice's responsibilities include scanning and distributing all incoming mail, maintaining the office supply inventory, and processing accounts payable. She also assists Karin in the Investment Administration department, maintaining client files. Her enthusiasm and dedication keep us all motivated. She is always ready to lend a helping hand and always with a smile. Beatrice's grandparents emigrated from Germany. She was born and raised in Bertha, Minnesota. A widow since 1966, Beatrice is Johannes' and Karin's mother; she has four other children, eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She is active in her church, loves to travel, and enjoys watching Wheel of Fortune and Amazing Race.

Greta L. Fure Client Service and Events Associate
Greta has been part of the Fure family since birth but did not join the "Fure Financial" family until June 2009. Working at the family business has been a great learning experience. Greta has been instrumental in Fure Financial's goal to become "paperless." She is also in charge of completing all the necessary paperwork our clients need and works on marketing endeavors and various event planning projects.
Greta grew up in Eden Prairie. She graduated from the International School of Minnesota, where she was active in the show choir, concert choir, mock trial and was captain of the varsity soccer team. Greta attended St. Olaf College and graduated in May of 2009 with a B.A. in American Studies and minors in Nordic Studies and Management Studies. While at St. Olaf, she participated in the Student Government Association, played intramural soccer, managed the St. Olaf men's tennis team, and worked in the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations.
In her spare time, Greta enjoys getting together with friends, volunteering at church, going to movies, and attempting to beat her father, Johannes, in tennis.

Rebecca L. Heistad Marketing Communications Associate
Becca joined the Fure Financial team in 2009 as an administrative assistant. Since then, her desk has become a catchall for a wide variety of projects. As resident grammar guru, Becca is in charge of writing client correspondence and policing the staff's punctuation blunders. In addition, she helps execute the firm's marketing endeavors and oversees event planning. Becca has also been instrumental in Fure Financial's efforts to go paperless by helping to create and maintain a digital catalog of our files.
It is attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a sunny disposition that make Becca an invaluable member of the Fure Financial team.
Becca was an active soccer player in her hometown of Edina and enjoyed many years playing violin in the orchestra. She graduated in 2009 from St. Olaf College with a bachelor's degree in American Studies and a concentration in Media Studies.
In her free time, she enjoys camping in northern Minnesota; playing tennis and racquetball; completing (or attempting to complete) crossword puzzles; and cheering on the Twins and Gopher hockey.
